I wait with my OS to Windows 10 udate but haven't yet. I not made any changes to my system, and there is no driver updaates. Now, when I print a test page, I got only one or two colors showing but never in black ink. But after that, the problem started again. I wnet to my printer a few days later and was able to print a few pages perfectly. I followed the instructions for the cleaning of the printheads and waited as instructed. A new impression level check again showed no black ink level. Check for levels of printing came out showing the colors of ink for all but the black cartridge. I checked with HP print and Scan doctor and followed the steps to determine the problem.
